Dr. Gregory J. Peppes is a graduate of the UMKC School of Dentistry. He received his Bachelors in Biology from the University of Missouri in Columbia. Dr. Peppes has been in private practice in the Johnson County - K.C. area since 1983. Dr. Peppes has served as president for the Kansas Dental Association and also for the local Johnson County 5th District Dental Association. Kansas. In addition to the state and local dental associations, Dr. Peppes is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Academy of Forensic Odontology and has been awarded Fellowship in the American College of Dentists. Dr. Peppes is committed to participating in continuing education courses for himself and his staff to remain current with the latest advancements in dental research and techniques. Dr. Peppes serves as a member of the Leawood City Council. He is a member of the Leawood Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, the Shawnee Mission Education Foundation and the Leawood Chamber of Commerce. Born and raised in St. Louis, Dr. Peppes has lived in the Kansas City/Johnson County area since 1979. He and his wife Mickie have three children: Steve, Matt and Sara. All three are KU alumni.
